Bottom line is, they're a form of paid advertising, that I offer for the princely sum of $1.00 per month. It costs me to Host the Flea Market( not just in $'s, but also in time and energy), and if I can sell some of these "Cool Sites" mini ads, then I can keep the cost of owning a Stall to the bare minimum. The Stalls are my primary focus, and selling these mini ads will allow me to be able to continue to offer  the Stalls at a very small cost.
