SLFM Stall Criteria

PLEASE NOTE! Stalls are ONLY available to those actually LIVING in Australia. I do not accept International Stall Holders.

(Stall Holders may SELL to International buyers if they so choose though.)

SLFM is NOT a typical Flea Market, and as such, only items listed below may be sold here.

This list is by no means complete, and if you have something to sell that's not on this list, please email me and we can discuss it. I reserve the right to disallow any item I deem to not fit these criteria.

  • Hand made by YOU or your Mother/Aunt/Granny/Sister/Brother/Uncle...i.e., NOT made by some poor 3rd Worlder working their guts out for a pittance and some other Yobbo selling it for a huge markup as "hand made" .

  • Hand made, and being sold by a Certified Fair Trading Organisation...i.e. Some poor 3rd Worlder, making handcrafts and being paid a reasonable amount, and those handcrafts being sold by said Certified Fair Trading Organisation.

  • Assuming you accept and abide by the Terms and Conditions, specifically regarding food/cleaning/cosmetic products and their Regulations, you CAN sell those items. e.g Hand made soaps/creams/cookies/cakes etc. It is your responsibility to acquire the necessary Certifictaes and/or fulfil any Regulatory obligations. By booking your stall you are stating that you DO meet all the Gov't Regulations. In other words, it's not my job to chase you up about this, and neither SLFM nor myself will be in any way liable if you have not done your job.

  • Abiding by the relevant State Quarantine Laws, you can also sell seeds/seedlings/cuttings etc. I would ask that they be self-grown/collected, non-hybrid and definitely NO GMO!

  • Craft supplies – for those with things like fleeces/home spun wool etc., or left overs/excess/de-cluttered stuff. e.g. wools/cottons/materials/buttons etc.

  • Good condition 2nd hand items...excluding “large” items such as vehicles/whitegoods etc. Basically, items that can be posted relatively easily. If you have these sorts of goods for sale, you could place them in the Recycling Centre instead...for FREE( To do that you just need to Create an account on SLFM- and that is also FREE to do.)

  • Yourself! (Gardening/Landscape/Building/Reiki/Massage etc.) You may also place yourself in the Simple Living Flea Market Business Directory...it's FREE too- just create an account first ( and that's FREE to do too!)

  • 2nd hand books/magazines/DVD's etc. If you have these sorts of goods for sale, you could place them in the Recycling Centre instead...for FREE( To do that you just need to Create an account on SLFM- and that is also FREE to do.)
