Like many crafts-people who set out to explore their creative passions, Kay & Mike Foley 'fell' into Lampwork Glass Bead making and they took to it like a duck to water. Mike is the bead maker and still uses as his principle tool of trade, the traditional 'hothead' torch. All of the beads created by Mike are then annealed and passed on to Kay whose creative talents produce that very special glass bead necklace, the earrings or bracelet that you, our very special client, purchases.

Over the years they have both traveled widely, exploring exotic places around the globe and researching the development of bead-making designs and materials, keeping a close watch on colours and of course the ebb and flow of fashions but always searching for that unique addition to their glass beads. And today their contribution to the craft of Lampwork Glass Bead Making has found its little niche. Throughout their travels Kay and Mike have not yet seen anything like the simple but beautiful, elegant pieces of jewellery they create.
